What the service is

Evidence Check AI reads an attachment on a monday item, compares it with the requirement written on that item, and records a verdict with the reasoning behind it. Billing runs through the monday marketplace; the plan you hold there is the plan that applies here.

The verdict is advice, not a decision

A model can be wrong, and it is wrong most often on exactly the material that matters: a blurry photo, an ambiguous requirement, a document in a language the requirement is not written in. Every verdict carries a confidence, every verdict can be overruled by a human, and partially met exists precisely because it means a person has to look at this. Nothing in this app removes the responsibility for the underlying compliance decision from you.

Fair use

Each plan carries a monthly number of paid assessments. Identical evidence against an unchanged requirement is reused rather than charged again, and repeated triggers on the same item within a minute are ignored — both so an automation loop cannot run up your allowance without you noticing. Reaching the limit is refused out loud; the app never quietly degrades to "no verdict".

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is, without a service level agreement. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damage. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service over the preceding three months.

Ending it

Uninstall the app from your monday account whenever you like. What happens to your data at that moment is described on the privacy page, and it happens immediately.
