What to include
- Your monday account name and the board involved.
- The item, and the moment the assessment ran.
- What you expected the verdict to be, and what it said.
Please do not mail us the evidence file itself. The audit panel shows the model
id, the prompt version and the timestamp; that is what we need to find the run back. Sending the
attachment along gives us a copy of exactly the data this app is built not to keep.
Known limits
- Images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP), PDF and plain text are assessed. Any other file type is reported
as unassessable rather than guessed at.
- An attachment above 25 MB is refused before it is downloaded.
- The app judges one requirement against one attachment. A task listing five separate
requirements gets one verdict over the whole, with the unmet parts named.
Something went wrong with a verdict
Overrule it in the audit panel and write down why. That correction is kept next to the original
verdict — it never replaces it — and it is the record an auditor will want to see.
